About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth and new client acquisition we have a variety of roles available across the organisation.

As a valued member of our team you will have the opportunity to actively assist people achieve their home ownership goals, by delivering pro-active, empathetic customer service.

Your daily activities will vary in accordance with your role, tasks may include one or more of the following;

  • High volume data entry using in house systems;
  • Printing, collating, faxing;
  • Opening new instructions from Lenders;
  • Matching documentation for Lenders;
  • Checking mortgage documentation;
  • On line searches;
  • Communicating via email and phone to key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers' Solicitors and major Australian banks;
  • Managing PEXA workspaces;
  • Responding to PEXA conversations;
  • General file management duties;


About you

We are looking for people with experience within the mortgage / financial services sector who have a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

In addition our ideal candidates will have the following demonstrated skills and experience;

  • Very high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Working knowledge of the PEXA platform.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High volume data entry.
  • Mortgage / financial services.
  • Phone based customer service.
