Post Settlement All Rounder (Mortgages)

About the role

This is a hands on role in which you will be responsible for a range of Post Settlement tasks including Settlement attendance.

Your duties may include:

• Attending property settlements as required.
• Preparing for settlement, including 'Bank Runs'.
• Settlement / office support (mail + phones).
• Confirming registration via the 'RCS'.
• Matching 'RCS' to settlement files.
• Preparation and audit of security packets for return to Custodian.

About you

To secure this opportunity you MUST have:

• Experience in a similar role with extensive working knowledge of mortgage documents include;
  • Certificate of title
  • Mortgage
  • Loan Contract
• Experience liaising with key stakeholders - Solicitors, Conveyancers, Mortgage Brokers.
• Experience working with deadlines and time frames specified with Service Level Agreements.
• Very high attention to detail.

This role requires a professional, confident and highly organised person who is willing to take on any task and get it done.
