Residential Lending | Paralegal | Conveyancing

About the role

Your experience and knowledge of property settlements will allow you to take ownership, and independently manage your own workflow of Residential property transactions. 

Your duties may include:

• Assessment of Lender instructions
• Preparation of Loan Documents
• Quality Assurance of Loan Documents.
• Vetting of Trust and Lease Documents
• Liaising key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers' Solicitors and major Australian banks
• Document Verification of signed documents
• On line searches
• Certification of files
• Settlement bookings
• General file management duties

About you

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Outstanding communication skills, with a positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks,
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines,
• An acute eye for detail, and
• A genuine interest in property and finance including experience in Mortgage Settlements or Conveyancing within a fast-paced, high volume environment, working within strict Service Level Agreements (desirable).
